Ksenia Nikitina

Founder of the school. Teacher training course tutor.

Founder of Īśvara Yoga School, registered with WYA. This is the only school in Russia whose status has been confirmed in this organization.

studies the depth of pranayama and philosophy from Acharya Madhavan, who taught pranayama the most famous yoga masters of Russia.

Participant of the international conference of the Tamil Nadu Yoga Therapists Association, India.

 

Creator of the documentary  “In Search of Yoga”.

 

Ksenia was awarded the title of "mahacharya". Title received from Trinetra Yoga School, Bangalore.

A classical medic by education.

Translator of the book by Sachchidananda Yogeshvarar, first published in Russian .

For more than 15 years she has been studying Indology and Indian culture.

A guide on the full path from a beginner to a yoga teacher, where everyone can gain all aspects of knowledge of the ancient system, from breathing techniques and asanas to the depths of philosophy. We teach transformational yoga that makes people better - happier, healthier, stronger - beyond any religion, age or skin color.

Kate studies the depth of pranayama and philosophy from Acharya Madhavan, who taught pranayama the most famous yoga masters of Russia. She keeps in touch with Acharya.
